Certificate of Registration
Original Copy of Constitution document
Letter of request to open an account and Power of Attorney granted to persons to transact the business of its behalf
Certified copy of the resolution signed by all, in regards to the conduct of the account

Any document listing out the names and addresses of trusts, settlers, beneficiaries, those holding the power of Attorney, and other key officials involved in managing the account of your foundation
Proof of physical and postal Address
Copy of Authorized signatory ID/Passport
Account Opening Fee $5
