Requirements

  • Filled ICB application form/KYC and Specimen signature card
  • Appointment letter/official document from the minister
  • Letter of request to open such an account from the Ministry and the purpose of its usage signed by the Minister or Deputy Minister or General Director.
  • Letter of authority signed by the Minister or the Deputy Minister or the General Director, indicating the authorized persons dealing with the account and the limits of such a person.
  • When a new Minister is appointed or any changes have been made, the bank should be notified about these changes.
  • IDs /Passports of the operating individuals of the account as well their addresses
  • Proof of Identification and address of the Ministry/postal address
  • Account Opening Fee $5

Please Note That:

All payment receipts that consider government revenue will be transferred to the Central Bank.
